Secure Capture is built so your recordings stay yours. This policy explains, in plain terms, what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We try to collect as little as possible and to keep your footage private by default.
What we collect
- Account details you provide, such as your email address.
- Recordings and files you choose to seal to your private vault.
- Basic technical data needed to run the service, like upload status and device type.
How we use it
We use your data to store and sync your recordings, to keep your account secure, and to provide support. We do not sell your data or use your footage for advertising.
How your footage is stored
Files are kept in a private bucket with no public links, encrypted in transit and at rest. Downloads use short-lived signed links tied to your account. Staff access is reserved only for support, abuse prevention, safety, or legal obligations.
Your choices
- You can delete recordings, subject to any protection period you set.
- You can request export or deletion of your account data.
- You can contact us with any privacy question at the address below.
