Agreement
By using Secure Capture you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app or the web service. We may update these terms as the product evolves and will note the date of the latest change above.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
- Only record and upload content you have the right to capture and store.
- Don't use the service for anything unlawful or harmful to others.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
Your content
Your recordings remain yours. You grant us only the limited permissions needed to store, sync, and deliver your files back to you. We don't claim ownership of your footage.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are purchased and managed through the App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled, and pricing is shown at checkout in the App Store at the time of purchase.
Service & liability
The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable and secure, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
